All of the materials in these packs (scripts, songs, backing tracks, and any additional resources) are protected by copyright and belong to Edgerley Music.​

By purchasing this play, your school has been granted an Annual Performance Licence, which means:

✅ You may perform this play at your school during the licensed year.

✅ You may copy/print the script and lyrics for use by staff and pupils in your school.

✅ You may use the audio tracks for rehearsals and performances.

​

However:

❌ You may not share or distribute these materials with other schools or individuals outside your own.

❌ You may not upload or publish the songs, backing tracks or scripts online without permission.

❌ Each school requires its own licence — if another school wishes to use the play, they must purchase their own pack.

If you’d like to perform the play again in a future year, you’ll need to renew your Annual Performance Licence. 

​

This year, because our Christmas plays are brand new, your purchase includes an Annual Performance Licence. That means you’re fully covered to perform the play in your school this year.

​

In future years, you won’t need to buy the whole play again — you’ll already own it. Instead, you’ll simply be able to purchase a renewed Annual Performance Licence to perform it again.

This keeps things fair and affordable for schools, while helping us to continue creating new, high-quality plays and resources.
